Full Moon Celebration

You’re invited to gather for a potent full moon worm meditation that activates dormant energies, new beginnings, renewal, rebirthing and spring time. Worm moon has its roots in Native American Culture.

Join Prajna and friends in a deep meditation, inquiry and journaling process as the moon peaks to shine light on the beginning of spring.
We will reflect and explore the inquiry: What am I giving birth to? What is ready for a fresh start?
• Remember that this moon signifies new beginnings, a time of renewal.
• Relax into your body, listen to the fertility in the ground of your being.
• Reflect on what is ready to rebirth itself. Welcoming a full bloom.
• Refresh with a new beginning. Softly shedding the old.
• Realign deep in fertile ground. Allowing mother earth to compost what is not needed.
• Resource the divine vision of a new beginning with self care from the ground up.
