Men’s Circles
I support men to discover that they are neither broken nor failed versions of toxic masculinity or patriarchal fuckery. I guide men to face unconscious shadow, end self-sabotage, and find a joy-filled life balanced in feminine and masculine energies—whole and holy.

I love working with men who wish to mend from patriarchal harm, release toxic masculinity, and express who they are beneath outdated stereotypes. Men ready to mend unconscious wounds, shadows, and heartbreak. Men who are exhausted by culture’s projections for them to be strong and out of touch with their feminine feelings of warmth, care, and love—who ache to be held in their vulnerability as a strength. I support men in archetypal healing from the inside out—toward soulful embodiment.

“This work is all the world needs.”
Dan Conway, England

You seek a therapeutic approach that blends archetypal psychology with the conscious evolution of humanity. You sense that befriending your inner life could help you reclaim disconnected feminine parts, shunned feelings, or transmute pain into meaning, and uncover a core strength that is both vulnerable and vital. You’re drawn to deconstructing patriarchal myths and receiving your dreams.
You savor tender solitude, a space where you can gently sift through the accumulation of your days. Where you inquire, assess, and wonder—guided by your feelings, not your rational mind:
What needs less? What needs more?
What has been unproductive? What siphons my vitality—my passion?
What allows me to soften? What supports my heart?

“I’ve witnessed Prajna’s leadership and willingness to show her humanness. ‘The feminine empowers by following.’ I received her words directly—as a precious gift. I am unpacking how they align with my inner work. I am meeting myself for the first time through the dark mother tea and Tobacco. So much gratitude.”

Men’s Voices

What do you ache for? What calls you in the night?
Dear Brother
Sometimes you feel the weight of the world on your shoulders. You want to collapse and feel everything, but a voice nags, “Be a man” — an old echo from a patriarchal lineage.
You deserve to soften and feel the quiet strength that rises — not performative, not forced, simply yours.
You meet waves of failure, lack, or unworthiness, as if you’re living inside a script that never belonged to you, one written by family, church, or culture.
You want to be on fire with purpose, unguarded, while standing strong — rooted in Mother Earth.
You want to walk shoulder to shoulder in good company, awake to possibility. You want to listen inward, relax, be kind — aligned with your values.
My Story
My first experience with a man was with my father. I idolized him, raised to believe he was as unquestionable as the priests of the Catholic Church that baptized me.
I met the dark side of man early: a father shaped by war, an alcoholic lost in manic confusion. I inherited a deep sense of betrayal and mistrust. My three brothers, like my mother, were also mistreated. This early conditioning led me to fear intimacy.
I did not meet masculine beauty, kindness, or vulnerability until teachers like Adyashanti, Jorge, and Ernesto opened my heart and eyes to mend early wounds. As I felt more whole in myself, awakening men came into my life.
These relationships have taught me more about our shared humanity than any book ever could. It is such an honor to witness men in their undoing and evolving wholeness.
Returning to You
You want to be seen and met. You ache for compassionate guidance, for space to heal heartbreak and reclaim all of who you are.
You are ready to break the inheritance of patriarchal destruction and lead as a wise elder.
You want to restore true belonging — to your life, your relationships, and our collective.
