Unveil Who You Are—Explore the Feminine Archetypes

Unveil Who You Are—A Course to Explore the Feminine Archetypes

REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED. Please send us a contact request for our next journey.

We will gather online for five Thursdays from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM PST — check your timetable.

Begin Thursday, January 11, 18, 25, February 1, and 8, 2024 —  5 weeks, 90-minute session.

You will receive meeting details and a free download “A Guide to Explore the Feminine Archetypes” when you register. Don’t wait. There are limited spaces for this course.

The themes over these five weeks are Unveiling, Unwinding, Seeing in the Dark, and Holding Yourself in Restful and Replenishing Warmth and Light through the Feminine Archetypes: Maiden, Mother, Virgin, and Crone.

This is a call to circle and deepen your spiritual practice through breath, somatic awareness, trauma-informed writing, archetypal story listening, rest, and moments for meaningful connections.

Explore injured Instincts and practice tools for erotic self-care and repair.

Discover the gifts in honoring and meeting the places that scare us for aligning with your innate wisdom.

Practice trauma-informed story healing to access inner emotional wellness.

Explore various ways to invite your nervous system to rest.

Cultivate compassionate boundary awareness for clear communication and connection.

Practice witnessing and mirroring to enliven inner and group presence while strengthening your roots.

We will anchor in practices that nurture our worth, intrinsic value, and deep knowing to generate wise choices for showing up in the world with balance.

Ultimately, you will be able to make each session. The sessions will be recorded yet the potential benefits of the group are magnified when you can make it live. I want you to be able to be part of every aspect of this circle — to sink in — rest — receive — and enjoy every part of this inner discovery. How you participate is entirely up to you.

ENTER WINTER TIME with SUPPORT FOR REFLECTION and RECKONING — as the underworld beckons us inward to descend into the dark mysteries, we regenerate our soul life with wildness, and wisdom to rewrite the story of our feminine archetypes.

Join us on this five-week practice to honor your wild soul, your fierce feminine instinctive nature—to Rinse, Repair, Rest, and Regenerate—to Wise Up and Reckon with what is.

• Those who want to stay rooted in yourself while diving into the mysterious unfolding of the feminine archetypes.

• Those who want to develop a somatic meditation practice that is body-centered, inclusive of all parts, and grounded.

• Former retreat participants who want to continue with practices from retreats for deeper integration and connection.

• Those interested in uncovering the veils of the superficial over culture designed through a patriarchal narrative of collusion. To leave a crumbling narrative behind, define your worth on your terms, and rewrite the story you want to belong to.

• Those eager to recover instinctive knowing to navigate and to reckon with challenging times.

• People who want space to care for themselves while caring for others: birthers, partners, parents, caregivers, and creators of all kinds.

Begin Thursday, January 11, 18, 25, February 1 and 8, 2024.

Prajna offers a unique embodiment imbued with sacred feminine wisdom that comes through with power and gentleness. Our world is hungry for this. ~ Eilis Stanley, Dublin, Ireland

I loved this journey to so many beautiful places in myself that I’ve ignored for ages. Now I can view all of life from a softer, empowered place. The deep listening allowed me to dismantle a demanding masculine energy that was so draining. The powerful practices continue to deepen. I feel safe in my body and so honored to share in a sacred space designed by and for women. ~ S. G. England

MEETINGS TAKE PLACE ON ZOOM: you will be given the link upon registration.

OPTIONAL PRACTICES: There will be optional practices given for you to continue with between meetings. The more you can give your attention to these practices, the more empowered and confident you will be to repair, and regenerate renewed wisdom, wildness, and rest.

You are invited to send us a contact request to be placed on the waiting list for our next Journey through the Feminine Archetypes.

Bonus Gift: A Guide to Exploring the Feminine Archetypes

What if I can’t make every meeting? Although each session is recorded Prajna requests that you be present for each session, as the practices are cumulative. You will receive the greatest benefit by attending each session live.

What if I have questions or need additional support throughout the course?

Prajna will remain on the Zoom call for an additional fifteen minutes if required for questions. Although this journey is therapeutic if you require additional support that can not be met in the group sessions, we suggest you book a private session with Prajna or a Feminine Guide. You can submit questions through the chat at any time. We are here for you. You never need to journey alone.
