Payment Terms & Conditions
If you made a credit card payment and are not approved to attend a retreat, your payment will be fully refunded immediately.
We offer you the option of paying a minimum 50% deposit of your program cost to confirm your reservation. You may also pay the full retreat cost when booking.
Your balance must be paid in full at least 4 weeks prior to the start of the retreat to guarantee your space. If you made a deposit with a credit card, we will charge that card automatically for the outstanding balance 4 weeks prior to the start of the retreat, unless other arrangements are made prior to 4 weeks.
We value keeping our retreats affordable to accommodate a wide range of needs. We are a small yet evolving organization that supports initiatives in support of marginalized populations as well as planting trees. With this is mind we are not always able to meet additional requests.
Once a registration is approved, retreat payments are non-refundable.
For cancelations more than 8 weeks prior to the start of a retreat, you may transfer to a different retreat or transfer your payment to personal credit to be used for a future retreat in the next 2 years. An administrative fee of $30 will be incurred.
For cancelations within 8 weeks of the start of a retreat, you may only transfer to a different program or transfer your payment to personal credit to be used for a future program in the next 2 years if we can fill your place in the retreat. We will try our best to do so.
We cannot refund any part of your payment after you have started your program.
If for any reason, we need to cancel a retreat/program, a full refund will be given (less our $30 administrative fee) or the booking will be transferred to another retreat/program. We will sort this out with you directly. In the event of unforeseeable circumstances, i.e. staff cancellations, adverse weather conditions, low bookings, Covid19, maintenance work, mechanical defaults, or other situations outside of our control, some amenities or programs described may become temporarily or permanently unavailable. We reserve the right to make any changes to our program with regard to offerings or facilitators. Alternative arrangements are offered to the best of our ability but, if not taken up, we do not accept responsibility for any cost incurred.
Do not book flights or make travel plans until we have approved your registration. We cannot confirm a registration until your application has been reviewed and approved by our staff and we have received a deposit. We strongly recommend that you take out adequate travel insurance for any cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances. We do not take responsibility for any loss.
