Embodied Dharma Meditation—Thursdays on Zoom
Embodied Dharma Meditation in this context means:
Loving awareness in action — begins in your body, my body, our great heart earth body. Embodied Dharma Practice plays a vital role in social and cultural transformations and resources us to re-connect to ourselves, each other and the sacred land we live on.
We begin at 11:30 AM PST. Please be on time. Your password to enter will be given upon registration.
Format: a guided meditation that supports you to embody the potent space of your body on the land in which you live.
Followed by inquiry and reflection into felt experience of your body — your interior life. Nervous system regulation happens.
Together we cultivate a brave space to be fully human with tenderness and presence from the ground up.
Prajna invites you to come in and down to meet all aspects of humanness with the utmost kindness, to embody intrinsic love, wholeness and thrive from here.
Some words from a regular participant: “You’ve helped me through some dark times, always providing the right words at the right time … You support healing and teaching for each individual. A light that spreads, never ending. Thank you for your calm centeredness. A quiet inner peace that helps me surrender to embody my own power. A letting go, that connects without bypassing my unique experience. I look forward to your meditations.” L. N.

“There is no coming to consciousness without pain. People will do anything, no matter how absurd, in order to avoid facing their own Soul. One does not become enlightened by imagining figures of light, but by making the darkness conscious.” — Carl Jung
