We will reflect and explore the inquiry: Where do my loyalties rest or attach?

• Relax into your body, the chalice of your emotional connection. In listening, portals to deeper love open naturally.

• Reflect on some important questions that have come into view.

• Refresh with a new beginning. Softly severing and shedding attachments that deplete and dishonor your sovereignty..

• Realign within ourselves with deep well of love within, nature and the universe.

• Resource the courage and protection of the howling wolf, the powerful creativity that protects self care from the ground up.
